This Manager role is part of the Consumer Experience team, focusing on Quality Improvements with tooling. Solutions are developed to optimize teammate processes to ensure Consumers receive fast and fair resolutions, handling ad-hoc requests and diving into data to explain Consumer satisfaction performance and translate them into actionable plans. Strong strategic skills, analytical abilities, interpersonal skills are needed.

Responsible for the operating rhythm that keeps Coinbase’s Platform PG running predictably, transparently, and effectively. You’ll be embedded in one of our three largest pillars ( Product Foundations, Blockchain Platform, or Infrastructure) to ensure pillar‑specific priorities are delivered at the highest quality. Intake, triage, and clarify operational requests from central ops into actionable, scoped initiatives. Manage planning cycles, reprioritizations, and key ceremonies. Identify and deliver process, tooling, and communication improvements.

The Product Operations Lead will play a critical role in leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional R&D product launches. This role will lead all aspects of programs and coordinate the work to be executed by the project team to ensure milestones are delivered. It will also surface and drive resolution to issues and blockers by clarifying assumptions, while providing analytical insight and foresight to help shape long-term strategy.
